What is Red Channel Finder for?

Is the information official?
No. It is a community-maintained finder, not an official customs service. Use it as a practical location guide, then follow the instructions from airport staff, Border Force or the relevant authority.
What does verified mean?
A verified record has been checked before publication. It may include a terminal, inbound or outbound direction, exact point, what3words, GPS, notes, photos and phone numbers.
What if a record is wrong?
Use the edit or feedback options to tell us what changed. Corrections are reviewed before public data is updated, so a mistaken edit does not immediately replace a useful record.
Can I add missing data?
Yes. Choose the airport or port, confirm the terminal if there is more than one, choose inbound or outbound, then add the exact point, notes and photos you have.
Why do I need to log in to add or edit?
The project is based on trust, like a small Wikipedia for customs points. Login lets us credit the contributor, keep a change history and stop anonymous edits from breaking important travel information.
What should I include in a useful submission?
The best records include airport code, terminal, inbound or outbound, the desk or phone location, what3words or GPS, clear walking directions, helpful notes and photos of the sign or phone.
Will this include ports and other locations?
Yes. Airports are the first focus, but the structure is designed for ports and other customs locations where production teams may need to find declaration points quickly.
